Frequently Asked Questions
All photography, including aerial and twilight photography, is delivered within 24 business hours of the end of the shoot. Revision requests are also completed within 24 hours if submitted within five business days. Advanced editing or higher totals of virtual twilight and virtual staging photography may extend delivery by 24-48 hours. Videos are normally returned within 48 business hours. Certain packages may extend the delivery time, as noted during booking.
Yes. Please submit all weather-related postponement requests as soon as you know of incoming inclement weather. We prefer not to shoot in rain, snow, or high winds, so we also monitor weather activity and may reschedule or cancel sessions within 24 hours. Fees are waived at our discretion.
Our professional lighting setups allow us complete control of the light and color in our photography. Rather than using a single flash, we use multiple flash units and diffusers to ensure color and exposure accuracy. All editing is completed in-house to ensure consistency and accuracy. There is no automated HDR or outsourcing editing or shoots. Sidney and I are your dedicated photographers and videographers.
It always depends. We understand the dynamic, sometimes fast-paced nature of the real estate industry. However, we are not your typical ’30-minutes onsite for 50 photos’ team. If time and circumstances necessitate the need for last-minute scheduling and we have the availability, then yes, of course. In this case, it may be best to contact me at (435) 901-3228.
We serve all of Summit, Salt Lake, Utah, and Wasatch County with no travel fee. If you have trouble booking an area outside those counties online, reach out, and I’m sure we can work something out. Please let us know if you have a listing in Logan, St. George, or elsewhere in the state. We’ll go if we can, but we will charge a travel fee. We will also travel outside Utah, but lodging and transport must be paid for.
